She is a certified PMP and SAP professional, a blogger, and a part-time professor of Business Studies. Based in Toronto, Canada, she also serves as a Machine Learning and Deep Learning project leader for a startup. Debjani has a rich business leadership background in the Oil & Gas and Mining industries, spanning North America, Canada, West Africa, the Middle East, Central Asia, Russia, and India. Her career includes significant achievements such as leading mergers and acquisitions, overseeing Greenfield and Brownfield implementations, and developing new business opportunities. She has a passion for golfing, completed a private pilot training program, and has experienced extreme weather conditions while camping in Antarctica. Debjani actively supports women artisans in India and advocates for environmentally friendly products.

Subhas Bothra, an Electronics & Communication Engineer with nearly 30 years of experience, has worked extensively in the USA, UK, Singapore, the Middle East, and India. His career includes roles in IBM focusing on storage, mainframes, system security, backup & recovery, and disaster recovery. Subhas has led large-scale IT infrastructure projects and managed data centers for companies such as HCL Perot Systems, Capgemini, and WIPRO, among others.
Gargi Mallik

Gargi Mallik holds an MHRM from the Indian Institute of Social Welfare & Business Management (IISWBM) and an M.A. in English from the University of Calcutta. With over 8 years of experience in HR Business Partner and operations roles, she specializes in end-to-end HR processes, organizational behavior, and Indian labor laws. Gargi implemented HR policies, established performance management systems, and managed recruitment efforts in companies like Polaris Networks and FieldEZ Technologies before joining Spica Systems.
